ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS

**ALL OLD AND NEW STUDENTS!

HARRIS MEMORIAL COLLEGE, INC. is now open for registration for S.Y. 2021-2022!
Step 1. Go to the google form link (https://forms.gle/G9tsLXRjiqTkeaa49)
Step 2. Fill-out the needed information
Step 3. Upload the initial requirements (For New Students)
-Report Card (up to the most recent quarter/period/semester)
-PSA Birth Certificate
-Certificate of Good Moral Character
Step 4. Pay the registration fee (Php 550 – Non-refundable)
-Online payment (*Bank transfer/deposit – BDO, BPI, Security Bank)
*You can use GCash to transfer your payment to Harris bank accounts.
-On-site payment is temporarily suspended until further notice.
?Important reminders:
*ALL OLD AND NEW STUDENTS MUST FOLLOW THE REGISTRATION STEPS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE ENROLLMENT PORTAL.
*SUBMISSION OF COMPLETE ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS (For New Students)
-Place all the requirements inside a long brown envelope
-Write the name, grade/year level, strand (for SHS students only), and course (for college students) on the upper left corner of the envelope
-Submit/mail it to the Admissions Office of Harris Memorial College on or before July 30, 2021

*ON-SITE PAYMENT (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm *except holidays)
