The Baccalaureate Service and the 103rd Commencement Exercises of the college were successfully held on March 28, 2016 at the J.L. Valencia Chapel.
The theme “Empowered Witnesses for Christ Jesus” was powerfully delivered through their messages by brilliant Guest Speakers in both events. Dss. Darlene Marquez-Caramanzana spoke in the Baccalaureate Service held in the morning. She is presently the Program Secretary for Ecumenical Education and Nurture of the National Council of Churches in the Philippines. In the graduation ceremony in the afternoon, CHED Commissioner Dr. Alex B. Brillantes, Jr. was the Speaker. He is a Professor at the National College of Public Administration and Governance at the University of the Philippines and President of the Philippine Society for Public Administration.
