Anchored on the theme “Your Gift of Learning, Our Tool for Nation Building,”  CESDev, held the 1^st Moving Up Ceremony in Kinabuan Alternative Learning System (ALS) Resource Center in Tanay, Rizal.

Mr. Roberto L. Musa, Head Teacher I was the Key Note Speaker. In his message, he emphasized with delight that “the preschool pupils are the first recipients of the newly built concrete school building project by Senator Franklin Drilon”.

The activity was spearheaded by Mr. Eduard M. Jocson, CESDev Project Assistant, Mr. Teodoro L. Borebor, ALS Instructional Manager, Ms. Lodema Doroteo, Preschool teacher, and Ms. Rose Anne Velasco, a volunteer graduating  student deaconess of Harris who delivered the message as well.
