Foreign Students

Requirements for Admission

  1. Letter of Application and non-refundable application fee
  2. High School Report Card or Original Transcript of Records from previous
  3. Four copies of accomplished Personal History Statement
  4. A duly notarized Affidavit of Support
  5. Letter of Recommendation from the local church Administrative Council
  6. Forms from the Admissions Committee (will be sent to the applicant as soon as the Committee receives the application letter):
  • Personal Questionnaire
  • Financial Agreement
  • School Agreement
  1.  Medical Certificate from Harris Memorial College physician
  2. . Evidence that the student has, upon arrival, transferred the required amount to an accredited Philippine bank for issuance of study permit
  3. Passed the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
  4. Student/ Missionary Visa
  5. Photocopy of passport (first page)
  6. Photocopy of authenticated birth certificate
  7. Honorable dismissal from school last attended
  8. Certificate of Good Moral Character

 Procedure for Admissions:

  1. Send a letter of Application to the Admissions Committee
  2. Forms from the Admissions Committee will be sent to the applicant as soon as the Committee receives the Letter of Application
  3. All the requirements should be in by:

–    April 1, if enrolling in the First Semester

– August 15, if enrolling in the Second Semester, or submit these during the Entrance Examination

      –    Examination and Interview scheduled in  January preceding the school year.

  1. Wait for the Letter of Acceptance from the  Chairperson of the Admissions Committee.
