Requirements for Admission
- Letter of Application and non-refundable application fee
- High School Report Card or Original Transcript of Records from previous
- Four copies of accomplished Personal History Statement
- A duly notarized Affidavit of Support
- Letter of Recommendation from the local church Administrative Council
- Forms from the Admissions Committee (will be sent to the applicant as soon as the Committee receives the application letter):
- Personal Questionnaire
- Financial Agreement
- School Agreement
- Medical Certificate from Harris Memorial College physician
- . Evidence that the student has, upon arrival, transferred the required amount to an accredited Philippine bank for issuance of study permit
- Passed the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
- Student/ Missionary Visa
- Photocopy of passport (first page)
- Photocopy of authenticated birth certificate
- Honorable dismissal from school last attended
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
Procedure for Admissions:
- Send a letter of Application to the Admissions Committee
- Forms from the Admissions Committee will be sent to the applicant as soon as the Committee receives the Letter of Application
- All the requirements should be in by:
– April 1, if enrolling in the First Semester
– August 15, if enrolling in the Second Semester, or submit these during the Entrance Examination
– Examination and Interview scheduled in January preceding the school year.
- Wait for the Letter of Acceptance from the Chairperson of the Admissions Committee.
