IMPORTANT:  Kindly download Zoom application on your laptop, desktop computer or any handheld gadgets or devises anytime today. We require all our students and parents/guardians to join the online Zoom trainings on the Harris FLMS at your designated schedule stated above by clicking the link. You need to have an internet load of P50.00 for a 2-hour training.

Please don’t miss your designated schedule.

  1. Delivery mode of instruction and gadgets to be used for distance/blended learning

As per DepEd guidelines, the students will spend more or less six (6) hours for their classes daily. In Harris, we shall employ a combination of asynchronous (70%), synchronous (20%) and drop box (10%) as mode of instruction, using the customized Harris FLMS. Asynchronous learning is a virtual classroom where the students could access the learning materials and could perform the learning tasks anytime during the day. In synchronous learning, the teachers and the students have real time interaction with each other in a virtual classroom using video-conferencing at a scheduled time, and immediate feedback on questions and in-depth discussion of the lessons are guaranteed.

The students could use laptop, desktop computer or any handheld gadgets or devises to access the lessons via the Harris FLMS anytime during the day. The Harris FLMS has several features such as mp3, mp4, or SMS and e-learning resources in different format like PDF, Word, Excel and Powerpoint/Slide presentations. This is to ensure that students would not miss any lesson even without internet load.   If extremely needed, the teachers and the students will use video conferencing at least one hour once a week so as not to burden the students with internet load, especially with the internet problem in the country.

For preschool pupils, they will have their classes for 2 to 3 hours daily. They will spend at least thirty (30) minutes in a class for two or three days a week using video conferencing.

A drop box will be utilized for pick-up of learning materials to be accomplished or performed by the pupils and the students located at Gate 1 (administration guard post).

  1. Waiving of penalty for late payments of the outstanding balance for SY 2019-2020

Harris Memorial College will waive the penalty for the late payment of outstanding balance for the SY 2019-2020. It is a way to help the parents/guardians lighten their financial burden. Students with huge outstanding balance could pay 50% of the total amount on or before July 31, 2020. They will be allowed to enrol online anytime. The remaining balance could be paid on or before August 31, 2020. Thereafter, the students could pay the new school fees based on the chosen payment plan.

  1. Recipients of Voucher and ESC grants

Students who enjoy 100% Voucher and 100% ESC grants could enrol online anytime now. Those who still have outstanding balance may settle it on or before August 14, 2020.

  1. Free online medical consultations of the students with the Harris physician

Harris is concerned about the health and safety of our students. Students with health problems could have an online medical consultation with the school physician, Dr. Ma. Caridad Baroma through Ms. Noemi Reyes, our full-time registered nurse, during weekdays. This is one way to attend to the medical needs of our students, while ensuring their safety and security from the deadly effects of COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Reyes could be reached at her mobile # 0905 491 6066, or at her messenger account: Noemi Reyes.

We encourage ALL our dear students, both old/returning and new students, to enrol online anytime now. Students who might have problem proceeding with the enrolment may ask help from Ms. Arlene Borabo, Registrar, thru her messenger account at Arlene Preston Borabo,  her mobile # 0945 114 9044 or at her email address at

You may also contact Ms. Nieves Magcalas, Finance Director, regarding financial obligations thru her messenger account at Nora Magcalas, or at her mobile # 0931 139 5647.
